Developer, why isn't there a way to export my folders with .jpg or other picture file formats? The wifi-transfer feature only exports files that can be opened through the My Measures application, rendering them useless on my desktop or laptop computers. When I select a folder to export, the email, print, and share buttons are grayed out.

This is a great app especially if you are doing any kind of home improvement. Take your measurements for lots of projects. They are always clear, reliable and organized. Very very helpful.

The app keeps crashing.

I was lost when briefly my phone was too new for it, but then they updated and I was back to work!

Super slow to start up and hangs regularly. When it works, it works well.

If they added those and automatic detection of 90-60-45-30-15 degree and straight line detection and automatic measurements, this app with the other calculation abilities would be pretty indispensable. Without those functionalities, you still have to manually measure a lot to be certain. This app is currently only slightly better than using Markup to add dimensions to a photo.

I love this app. I use it all the time. Can’t think of any time when I say “I wish it did this”.

Have tried to people that run the app. It was OK before but their upgrade ruined it. So sorry I paid money for this. If they cared and actually worked on fixing it I’d give it another chance.

Ive used this app for years. After a recent update, it now crashes when trying to enter a measurement, causing me to have to go back to pen and paper scribble.

I like the old version better

The new update is very confusing, not convenient and has inverted many of my pictures, and measurements. Additionally I find that putting in fractional values is not a straightforward as it used to be. Reverted back to the previous version.

I LOVE the new update and interface. It’s solved all the issues I was having. Thank you for continuing to support this app.

The latest update has rendered the app are useless piece of crap. Nothing works like it used to at all! You can only resize text boxes horizontally not vertically. Pictures no longer go to automatic landscape. When you insert an arrow the dimensions are upside down. How can I go back to my previous version I have about 150 projects in here? Talk about a huge waste of time!

How do you do fractions

I have used this app for years to handle all my clients photos/measurements for my contracting business. A few years ago after an update- I lost all previously saved files. The original mymeasures pro that had all my files in it was no longer updated with new version of iPhone. iCloud was no help in salvaging old data. I lost it all. You think I would’ve learned my lesson? No- I had to purchase the new my-measures Pro app (again) and start over. Now 3 years later new update screwed me again. I can see a whole new format. My folders with clients names (and there are hundreds) are still there but I can’t access the photos or measurements and it constantly freezes up- completely useless to me. There is critical information to my business in these files. Does anyone know of an app I can start over AGAIN with that won’t screw me over and my business up every couple years. I’m devastated by this. Please erase this app you’d be doing yourself a favor. The reason for this harsh review is i went to App Store to see if there is an update to fix problems with newly changed app. NOTHING- except claims of how great and flawless the newly designed app is. It had some issues before but nothing compared to this latest debacle. These claims of all the problems the newly designed app really got me frustrated. If anything the new version creates problems! New version looses the ability to add fractions to a measurement and also you can only add decimal measures to the tenth. You can no longer add a number like 3.75. The only option is 3.7. May of us need to add fractions like 1/8 or 5/16 to record precise measurements for trade work. Please fix this.

This may be the longest running app on my phone going back years! It’s like reference manual for my house. So many times I’ll be out at Home Depot and will reference the app to see if a product will fit/work for a project I’m working on. It’s also a great way to communicate plans to contractors as well!

I absolutely love this app !!!!! It has helped me many times remember measurements and placing for wall, purchases and building. It’s a great reminder for numbers and visuals. My hat is off to the designers of this program. Thanks so much !! This is a huge help to me 😊

I got the blank project others have mentioned, but I remembered that my camera is set to save in HEIC format, not JPG. If you convert the photo you want to use to JPG the app will work. But this could use an update to support HEIF.

App keeps failing during use. Last app update was a year ago. Money lost!...

I am a professional Architetural designer and have been using this app for many years, but in the last 6-8 months it has been in unusable. It can not import photos from your library, they just come in blank. If it gets past that, it crashes or will not rotate the screen correctly. It was a great app, but I don’t think they are working to keep it up. Not recommend for iPad or iPhone.

I’ve been running into a constant issue where this app creates duplicates, triplicates, etc to whatever exponential value you can think of within folders taking up space and most importantly making it impossible to stay organized and find what you’re looking for. This app needs major work! It would also be nice if other apps would be able to find MyMeasures in order to drop photos into other apps without saving the file in photos and then grabbing it from there, behind with the times:(

Then does something and takes away all the things you made. I paid for the app. You should have made a new one and left those of us that paid for an app with our app and work. Where are my photos? Shame on you.

I love using this application when I’m in the field to take pictures of necessary machine parts, foundations, etc. and add dimensions that can be sent back to the engineering department working on the issue.

Best way in the world to show homeowners the truth

Lots of issues with the app lately. Turns off Can’t transfer photos. Please fix it because it was my top ten app and I am disappointed. Soft away needs to be updated

I used to use this app a lot as it worked perfect for the line of work I was in... window sales. Now it has been crashing a lot so makes it very difficult to use, I recommend that they update their app to fix the crashing!

This is a great app. It took some trial an error to get a hang of it. But for the most part it’s pretty intuitive. My son had a class project of measuring the distance traveled by a paper airplane. My measuring tape was not in my toolbox, so we used this app as an alternative. It worked out great. I highly recommend this app to anyone.

Where the heck is my iCloud syncing? Do you actually believe someone who bought the app in the past wants to create yet another online “cloud” account, and have to pay a subscription to use it? Are you kidding? You on e made an app and sold it, then you decided that wasn’t enough so take back features and charge for them? Subscriptions are killing consumers!!

Super helpful on all my house projects. I don't have to remember which measurement is which, with the photo, I can just visualize all the measurements

This was one of my favorite apps. I don’t use it very often, but I liked it so much that I purchased the “pro” version. However, after having PAID for full and unlimited access “unlocked FULL version”, I have come back in need to use it again and found that there is now a subscription required. Frankly, I wish I could just have my money back now. I’m so disgusted with companies that offer a full program for a price and then force a time based subscription for something they already sold as a permanent FULL or “PRO” version that was supposed to be a one time purchase FOREVER.

I used this app for many years. Is fantastic to show others a look of a project with the dimension and details incorporated on a picture.

On the whole, this App has been great. However, a recent release came with major bugs: It does not allow photos to be overlaid onto other photos - major feature blow! Also, adding Arrows for measurements is hit or miss: works sometimes, other times not... I’m sure the fix is on its way, but can’t come soon enough

Program is a great idea. It works but has a few consistent glitches that were never addressed. NEVER because I’ve owned at least 4 versions of the iPhone and the app crashes after 30 seconds once loaded new photos. Tech support if they have a tech support has never addressed this. They actually got back to me once a few years back and a little testy too. They said they were working on it. I give it one star. I love it when it works but the glitches are mounting and I’m looking for an alternative app that will get the job done.

Please UPDATE your APP!! I am completely locked out of all of “MY” files!! I really like this app but with the IOS update it is completely locked up. Not real happy and am looking for a new app

Had to buy the app, THEN pay a subscription fee!! This app will go under in no time.

Awesome tool easy to use

App does not work. Crashes when loading image. After paying $11.99 you then have to sign up for a subscription. Horrible.

They force you to pay for their monthly cloud subscription. No other option available.

Just paid for a year and can’t sign in. Doesn’t recognize my email or password. And there’s no way to fix it. Because it’s not recognizing either one. Can you send me an email where I can reset this issue. Tried writing u guys through the app and still no response.

I am a contractor who used this app for years and years. A few back they changed it and I lost all my files even though they were in the cloud which I pay service for. Now, they have done the same exact thing and bamm the files are gone again. Bull______ I am going to find another company to do this for me. It is so frustrating to use and loose these files! I signed up for there server to keep the files but it is not backward friendly and won't download the files I already have. Completely useless!!!! Don

This used to be my favorite app. I’m not even in the construction or interior design business. But I do have rentals. I must’ve measured hundreds of rooms. They are all now inaccessible to me unless I pay for a subscription. OK, I’m fine with a new business model. I might have even signed up for it. But essentially to not give us access to data on our own iCloud account... because you want us to use your own service going forward, is not only disrespecting your loyal customers through the years, but essentially a form of hijacking and extortion. And you have alienated the thousands of users, like me, who showed it to people, recommended it, and loved it. If this happened to you, please email me at “My Measures Victims at gmail dot com” (no spaces) so we can try to get our valuable data back. If enough of us band together maybe we can either get them to give us access to our previous iCloud data, which is all we really want, or file a class action lawsuit. I’m sure you Pros lost time & money in your business because of this. The sad part is it was a terrific app, and might still be. But if you’re thinking of downloading this, buyer beware. This is not a company that has integrity.
